If Murder Was Legal...8 Months Pregnant and Arrested for DUI Again!

I'm horrified by an article I came across this morning, the headline reading Pregnant Woman Busted for DUI Again.  Apparently this young woman, if you can even call this monster that, is eight months pregnant and intoxicated.  Nicole VanNeil is only 22-years-old, turning 23 this September.  Looks like she'll spend her birthday in jail with all the charges she's facing, marijuana possession, driving under the influence of alchol and possession of drug paraphernalia.  I feel such hatred toward this woman, because while there are women out there desperate to have children and can't, she has been blessed with the ability to procreate and has made a mockery of the situation.  She is completely selfish and has no regard for human life, not even a life she created.  This is her fourth DUI arrest in 4 years, though she has only been of legal age to drink for the past 2 and 1/2 years.  VanNeil has a very serious problem addiction and unfortunately this unborn child seems to have a slim chance at normalcy and stability.  A woman who would put her unborn child at risk does not care about anyone but herself.  VanNeil is less than a year older than me and though I'm not ready for a child if I should get pregnant I know that I would never put my child in harm's way.  It's not rocket science to know that if one is pregnant there is a nine month committment.  And one would think the drugs, alcohol and ciggarettes are not good for unpregnant women so they are definitely not good for pregnant women.  I feel like the moment a woman knows she's pregnant something just 'clicks' as to correct behavior.  Furthermore, unwanted pregnancy or not, there were conscious decisions that led up to a pregnancy, namely contraceptive usage.  Don't play with fire and you won't get burnt.  Ugh this VanNeil just makes me absolutely sick.  This poor child of hers.  I hope with all of my heart that this baby is born healthy so when it's old enough can run far away from this trashy mother.
